Breaking Up for the Winter Holidays July 26th 2019

Children, parents and teachers enjoying the final assembly before the winter school holidays. On the School Role at the moment there are 1,567 pupils.

The children will return to school at the beginning of September. At this assembly the children hear about which Standard they will be in in the school year September 2019 until July 2020. They have to pass an examination before they can progress to the next Standard. Some children will be leaving primary education having completed Standard 8 and if they have passed the end of primary examination will be able to go the secondary school. CDT will be paying the fees of all orphans who have been accepted for secondary school. Unfortunately if they have failed the examination they will either leave school or return to school and complete Standard 8 school year once more.
